For us lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients.<br><br><strong> The Opportunity <br><br><\/strong><strong>In This Role You Will<br><br><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Take ownership of collating and accurately recording all payroll change data for various global payrolls <\/li>\n<li> Prepare payroll changes submissions monthly for various global entities, in this role primarily EMEA <\/li>\n<li> Engage with various external entities such as local and international payroll processors, Revenue, and international tax authorities <\/li>\n<li> Support the wider payroll team by administering Bike to Work\/Tax Saver Schemes, distributing payslips, managing the application of special tax arrangements <\/li>\n<li> Manage the internal Payroll Mailbox and respond to all payroll-related queries including assisting with new hire onboarding and offboarding queries <\/li>\n<li> Be the lead point of contact for the company pension scheme and other third-party Benefit Providers relating to the set of countries assigned to you <\/li>\n<li> Track all statutory leave and apply associated payroll adjustments in line with local laws <\/li>\n<li> Partner with senior members of the payroll team and assist with payroll setup in new jurisdictions, review of general ledger codings, employee cost centre allocations <\/li>\n<li> Ensure timely payment of statutory payroll taxes and other related costs across each region <\/li>\n<li> Prepare detailed payroll gross to net reviews and reconciliations and provide first level review and approval on payroll reports for each of your assigned countries <\/li>\n<li> Assist the Financial reporting team with payroll related queries in a timely manner <\/li>\n<li> Provide compelling reporting on key payroll metrics to the wider team <\/li>\n<li> Assist in driving the global Payroll Change project, identifying opportunities for ongoing improvements, automation and streamlining processes gaining efficiency <\/li>\n<li> Provide support to the payroll manager on current and future projects as they arise <br><br><br>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>We Would Love To Hear From You If You<br><br><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Have a payroll qualification such as IPASS or CIPP or are on the path to completing one <\/li>\n<li> Have previous experience working in a payroll environment over the last 2 years and have an understanding of core payroll concepts <\/li>\n<li> Have knowledge of payroll regulations within either Europe, USA, Asia Pacific or the Middle East <\/li>\n<li> Are experienced in using Excel V-Lookups and Pivot Tables <\/li>\n<li> Are detail oriented and quality focused with an analytical and problem-solving mindset <\/li>\n<li> Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines <br><br><br>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About Us<br><br><\/strong>Linesight is a highly successful global project and cost management consultancy that keeps clients coming back.
